Our team of dedicated and caring volunteers provides and coordinates practical support services, and wellness, social, cultural and educational programs that address the needs and interests of our members.

What Is Aging at Home?

“Aging at Home” means living in your own home and community safely, independently and comfortably as you get older, instead of moving to an assisted living facility or nursing home. “Aging at Home” is about empowerment and choice, allowing older adults to remain in their familiar surroundings and maintain a good quality of life as they age.
